Lommen Abdo is pleased to share that Brent Johnson has been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors. 

Brent represents businesses and individuals throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin in matters involving business law, commercial transactions, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and residential real estate. For more than 30 years, he has worked closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, developers, and organizations to help them solve problems, navigate growth, and achieve their goals. 

Known for his practical approach and strong client relationships, Brent has also been an important contributor to the firm through his leadership involvement and commitment to serving clients throughout the St. Croix River Valley and beyond. His election to the Board reflects the firm’s confidence in his experience, perspective, and long-standing dedication to the firm.
