Lommen Abdo is proud to announce that attorney Michelle Kuhl has been appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure. Her three-year term began on October 1, 2025.
The Advisory Committee plays a key role in reviewing and recommending updates to the procedural rules governing civil appeals in Minnesota’s appellate courts. Michelle’s appointment reflects her deep knowledge of appellate practice and her ongoing contributions to the legal community.
