Minnesota Continuing Legal Education released the Minnesota Insurance Law Deskbook 2025 Update on June 13, 2025. The Deskbook contains 26 chapters on Minnesota insurance coverage issues and is a authoritative resource for practitioners. Lommen Abdo attorneys continue to play a key role in shaping this resource.
Lauren Nuffort joined as his co-editor in 2019, and has continued to collaborate closely with contributing authors, while also serving as an author for Chapters 3 and 10: “Misrepresentation or Omission in Applications for Insurance” and “Fire and Property Insurance.”
The 2025 Update includes updates to 22 of the 26 chapters, offering readers current analysis on a wide range of insurance coverage issues—from evolving cyber and property risks to foundational principles such as policy interpretation and ethical considerations.
