Bryan Feldhaus has become a shareholder of Lommen Abdo, P.A. effective January 1, 2014.
Bryan Feldhaus is a civil litigation attorney focusing on business litigation, appeals, partnership/shareholder litigation, professional liability disputes, insurance coverage litigation and intellectual property litigation. Bryan provides clients practical, business-savvy legal services and enjoys assessing and developing litigation strategies. He has been successful across the legal spectrum: litigating patent malpractice cases, assisting with the exoneration of Koua Fong Lee, securing a settlement for Kristen Hall for her partnership share of the popular band Sugarland, and assisting with a successful Eighth Circuit appeal relating to ERISA insurance obligations. He has also been certified in electronic discovery review, production and compliance. In addition to representing clients, he serves as the firm’s liaison to the Federal Bar Association Pro Se Project, co-chairs the firm’s annual Toys for Tots campaign, and has served as a Director of the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Board. He was honored as an “Up and Coming Attorney” in 2011 by Minnesota Lawyer and has been listed as a Rising Star by Minnesota Super Lawyers since 2011.
