Mike Glover and Jason Engkjer presented a session on May 24, 2017 at the Annual Convention of the North Dakota Motor Carrier’s Association: “Transportation Contracts: What to Know Before Signing on the Dotted Line.”  Mike Glover discussed broker carrier agreements, specifically issues facing motor carriers in the best practices use of written transportation contracts between carrier, shippers and brokers/forwarders.
